Welcome to the West of England Centre For Inclusive Living
The West of England Centre for Inclusive Living (WECIL) has over twelve years experience of providing services to Disabled people, older people and their carers. A range of services are provided to over 2000 Disabled people a year, including Direct Payments Support, Payroll (inline link), Advocacy and Advice. All WECIL's services promote independence and empowerment of Disabled people, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives.
